What counts as a new fan?

Someone who followed you in the days you are looking at.

Most of them come from the people we engage with for you, which is what the sources on Targeting decide.

What are FBR and LBR?

How many people follow you (FBR) or like your posts (LBR) back, out of every story we try.

→1.4% FBR is 14 fans per 1,000 story attempts
→3.2% LBR is 32 likes per 1,000 story attempts
Why is there a gap in my chart?

A gap is a day the engine was off or could not reach Instagram, so nothing was recorded.

It is not a day with zero results, and it never counts against your rates.

What the engine did

Every figure below is counted, not modelled. A day the engine did not run is a dash, never a zero.
